Return and Refund Policy

Within 30 days - You must return your product within 30 days of purchasing it:

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)

Products with obvious signs of use

Products that have been opened

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to no fault of ours

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.

We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within any applicable return date specified by your bank.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please email admin@rdjbouns.com with photo proof of eligibility and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver has shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and he will be informed of your return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
